Shipping Policy
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order.
• For India orders – All domestic prepaid orders are processed within 2 business days, whereas COD orders take 3 business days to process as we verify the order personally to ensure a seamless process. Orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days upon confirmation.
Delivery to locations that are in low coverage or difficult-to-reach areas may take between 10-12 working days.
• For International orders – All international orders are processed within 3 business days.
You can expect delivery of the order within 10-15 business days.
ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
• Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery
Please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, Boon
Herbs take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
• Boon Herbs is not responsible for damage after delivery.
• For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery for resolution.
• Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and Consumers will know about this before making payments.
SHIPPING CHARGES
For India Orders:
• We ship products throughout India. The shipping rates vary according to the total cart value as
follows:
For prepaid orders:
1. Below Rs. 650 – Rs. 45 is charged
3. Above Rs. 650, we have free shipping
For COD orders:
Below Rs. 650 – Rs. 89 is charged for shipping.
Above Rs. 650 – free shipping.
We do not accept COD orders above Rs. 10,000.
For International Orders:
• We also ship internationally across all countries.
• Shipping and handling rates vary based on the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

Refund Policy
At Boon Herb’s, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible.
In the event of wrong product(s), or wrong/multiple payments by the Customer, the customer may raise the complaint/query by writing an email to – enquiry@boonherbs.in
The Customer shall provide all the details including supporting documents, additional information, and photographs and videos in support of their complaint/query as and when requested by Crafters Union, failing which no complaint/query shall be entertained by Crafters Union.
In the event of damage to the product(s)/item(s), the Customer is eligible for a refund of the invoice amount subject to satisfaction of Crafters Union after scrutinizing the photographs, videos, and supporting documents and details provided by the Customer.
If the Customer has made payment through the payment gateway, an aforementioned refund shall be initiated within seven (07) – ten (10) working days from the date when the complaint has been resolved. However, fifteen (15) working days will be required in case payment is made other than through payment gateways.
In case, multiple amounts are remitted from the Customer’s end due to a technical/internet problem then Crafters Union may initiate retransfer of such amount to the Customer after securitizing the payment history and such other details of the Customer.
The refund amount as mentioned herein above shall be only in Indian Rupees.
Cancellation / Return Policy
Once delivered, Crafters Union follows No Return Policy, however, the customer can send an email to enquiry@boonherbs.in in case he/she wishes to cancel the order within 12 hrs of the order. The invoice amount shall be refunded to the customer as per the refund policy mentioned above.

A refund can be obtained if the order is canceled by you either before the order ships or within 12 hours of order placement, whichever is earlier. If accepted, it will be processed within 7 days. No refund shall be made after the order is shipped.
No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
